Scrum Master with Digital Assets

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform. Requirements
- 7+ years Scrum Master experience in software engineering environments.
- Experience with distributed/multi-geography teams.
Nice To Haves
- CSM/PSM certification preferred.
- Familiarity with blockchain/fintech delivery a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros).
- Remove blockers and facilitate cross-team coordination.
- Track velocity and delivery metrics.
- Support onboarding of new engineers into agile.
