About The Position

Client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile Scrum processes and guide project teams in delivering high-quality solutions efficiently. This is a new position created to support Agile project delivery and operational initiatives.

Requirements

3+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master
3+ Years of experience with Azure DevOps
3+ Years of experience leading Scrum ceremonies
3+ Years of experience with Agile project management tools
3+ Years of experience with hybrid project management (Agile + Waterfall)
3+ Years of experience with database querying and programming
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and methodologies
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
Government project experience
ERP system experience

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Ensure teams follow Scrum framework, Agile principles, and best practices
Remove impediments and help teams maintain productivity and delivery timelines
Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to align project goals and priorities
Promote continuous improvement through feedback sessions and retrospectives
Track project progress, KPIs, risks, and issues while communicating updates to stakeholders
Support teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions within schedule and budget
Mentor and coach teams to foster Agile maturity and collaboration
Coordinate activities across hybrid project environments combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Utilize Azure DevOps and Agile project management tools for sprint tracking and project coordination
Assist with database querying and programming-related coordination activities as needed
