Resolve Tech Solutions

About The Position

Experienced Platform Scrum Master with 8–10 years of experience leading Agile delivery across complex enterprise infrastructure and technology platforms. The role combines strong SAFe expertise and RTE-level delivery leadership with technical understanding of server, network, cloud and infrastructure environments. The Scrum Master coordinates multiple infrastructure and platform teams, manages cross-team dependencies, facilitates PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt events, resolves impediments, and provides program-level visibility across infrastructure initiatives. The role works with Infrastructure Architects, Network and Server teams, Cloud Engineering, Cybersecurity, Application teams, vendors and senior technology leadership. The position leads SAFe ceremonies and Program Increment delivery; coordinates infrastructure initiatives and release readiness; supports backlog health, capacity planning and delivery metrics; and communicates status, risks, dependencies, milestones and forecasts to stakeholders. It also promotes continuous improvement and alignment between Agile delivery, enterprise technology roadmaps and strategic infrastructure initiatives.
