Requirements

A keen interest in agile methodologies and scrum practices is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and facilitate agile practices.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to the team’s objectives.
Interests in learning new technologies including and not limited to JIRA, SharePoint, GitLab, Service Now, ROVO and other AI tools
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to learn quickly and adapt
Good communication and teamwork
Attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assisting Scrum Masters with planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Monitoring and reporting on team progress, helping to identify and remove impediments.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team.
Maintaining and updating project documentation, including sprint backlogs and active sprint boards.
Supporting the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects.
