About The Position

Scrum Master / Business Analyst to lead an onshore / offshore team in the investment banking space. Must be willing to relocate to either Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX and work on client site 5 days per week.

Requirements

Multiple years (4+) of experience in a scrum master role.
Experience in creating information radiators that show progress of stories, features, and releases to stakeholders.
Ability to communicate with and understand software developers.
Ability to communicate with subject matter experts in the domain of the product.
Ability to collect and distribute status at all levels of the organization.
Experience with Jira or similar tools.
Experience with Postman or similar tool.
Experience in writing user stories.
Attention to detail, ability to document research findings.
Experience with Confluence or similar tools.

Nice To Haves

Some experience at some point in hands-on coding is desired.
Experience in banking/finance industry a plus, especially asset/wealth management.
Experience as a customer / user of a banking or wealth web application is a plus.

Responsibilities

Leading team to analyze requirements, build plans, and ultimately set and meet development and deployment goals.
Interaction with client product owner as well as the project stakeholders.
Writing user stories, then working with development team to refine and turn into development tasks.
Scheduling and leading all scrum ceremonies.
API analysis with a tool such as Postman.
Data mapping between fields and database.
Providing status to client, CGI, and relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
