Scrum Master and Preproduction Support Engineer (FTE / Hybrid)
About The Position
We are looking for someone to work in a hybrid role across Release Management as a Scrum Master and in Preproduction environment support as an engineer. This role involves managing digital releases through SDLC phases, coordinating testing, compliance, and implementation. It also includes supporting the lower environment Problem Incident support for feature development and release environments, coordinating with development, DBA, and enterprise partners. The role is responsible for supporting various testing tasks and providing incident support through Enterprise Jira Service Desk.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Agile practices, and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow, and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, and Jira
- 5+ years of Experience with human centered design principles
- 5+ years of Strong risk management leadership skills
- 5+ years of Strong dependency management skills
- 5+ years of Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
- 5+ years of Ability to influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
- 5+ years of Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- 5+ years of Experience working with and leading delivery teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead
- Experienced in managing work as scrum master and project manager
- Experienced as a system support/operations engineer
Responsibilities
- Manage Digital releases through SDLC phases – testing, compliance, and implementation coordination
- Release artifacts managed in Enterprise tools of Jira and ServiceNow
- Support of lower environment Problem Incident support for feature development and release environments.
- Coordinating development, DBA, and enterprise partners
- Supporting a variety of testing tasks such as switch enablement, testing down, and debug enabling
- Incident support through Enterprise Jira Service Desk
