About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a Scrum Master for a 12-month contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This role is hybrid and will lead the transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within the client's Capital Markets division. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing a new Agile framework, standing up new Scrum teams, and implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices. This is a unique opportunity to guide teams through significant organizational change.
Requirements
- Senior-level (10 years) experience as a Scrum Master with Project Manager experience
- Proven experience leading transformations from waterfall to Agile
- Must have Front Office Capital Markets experience
- Ability to guide teams and contribute to establishing new Agile frameworks
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices
- Guide teams through change and actively contribute to establishing the new Agile framework
- Stand up new Scrum teams
