About The Position
Performs chain-of-custody drug screen collections, breath alcohol testing and collects blood samples.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Certification in Phlebotomy or equivalent experience or training
- Certified to collect drug screen and perform breath alcohol determinations meeting DOT regulations
- BCLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Previous healthcare experience
- Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
