SCREEN PRINT PRE-PRESS TECHNICIAN
Hanover, PA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Got an eye for detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? L2 Brands is looking for a Screen Print Pre-Press Technician to join our Hanover, PA team, the behind-the-scenes pro who keeps our screens print-ready and our production line moving.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, we'll teach you the ropes
• Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
• A self-starter attitude with solid time management
• Comfort with basic math (adding, subtracting, percentages)
• A team-first mindset and a can-do attitude
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally, and stay active on your feet throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Keep the day-to-day screen-making process moving for all screen print operations
• Run and troubleshoot the Eco Rinse Machine, EcoTex Reclaim Machine, and DTS machines like a pro
• Check every screen for accuracy and quality before it hits the line
• Share your know-how with teammates on best practices for screen use
• Keep production on schedule and help fine-tune the process along the way
• Bring L2 Brands' Core Values to life every single shift
