1st Shift, Screen Cleaner/Recycling Sorter, Hanover Township, PA
About The Position
Leadpoint is hiring general laborers to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. The work supports community cleanliness and requires following instructions and working as part of a team. No diploma or prior experience is required, and the position offers growth potential, including promotion from within. Candidate selection considers the ability to follow directions and results of a realistic job preview. Applicants for the Screen Cleaner role must complete required safety training and assessments for Lockout/Tagout and, if required at the site, Fall Protection.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Able to stand for the entire shift.
- Consent to a background check.
- Consent to a drug screen; the role is safety-sensitive and includes THC testing.
- Have reliable transportation to work.
- Follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Screen Cleaner applicants must successfully complete Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and, if required by the site, Fall Protection training, including a hands-on Top-Grade assessment and written quiz.

- Prior warehouse, general labor, or sorting experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Sort recyclables at a recycling and processing plant.
