About The Position

Record a running score and time, manually or electronically, for various sports leagues/tournaments. Provide on-site operational support for leagues/tournaments. Manage emergencies and the overall safety of participants and spectators. Handle any situations on-site that may arise such as protests, official no-shows, rule questions, inclement weather, emergencies, incidents, etc. Ability to understand and interpret sport specific rules. Deliver recorded book to the League Coordinator in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and interpret sport specific rules.
• Knowledge of current rules of the sport and the ability to interpret them.
• Ability to deal with sometimes difficult individuals.
• Applicants must be citizens of the United States or must present proper authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working as a scorekeeper preferred.
