Responsibilities but not limited to: Lead negotiations with vendors regarding product availability, specifications, distribution logistics, deadlines, and pricing to ensure optimal COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) Continuously evaluate existing and potential suppliers based on product quality, pricing competitiveness, documentation compliance, and shipping reliability Identify and purchase new, trending items to maintain H Mart’s competitive edge in the market Perform regular market analysis and competitive shopping to stay ahead of consumer trends Analyze sales trends to identify "the next big hit" and coordinate marketing efforts for new arrivals Investigate and provide timely responses to inventory or product issues reported from the field/stores Generate and review daily/weekly sales reports to monitor performance and profitability at the warehouse level Create and maintain accurate Item Master Data in SAP, including Item Descriptions, Scan Codes (UPC), and pricing Analyze data to identify slow-moving items and implement strategies to improve warehouse turnover
