Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in construction, warehouse, or similar environments
Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
Willingness to learn and consistently follow established procedures
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Comfortable working long shifts in an active environment
Ability to remain alert and focused throughout the workday

Responsibilities

Support lift operators by ensuring safe movement and positioning within the data center
Maintain clear visual and verbal communication with operators and team members
Continuously observe the work area to identify hazards or obstructions
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and site-specific protocols
Help establish and maintain safe work zones to protect personnel and equipment
Assist with general site duties, including setup and cleanup
