About The Position

We are currently seeking dependable and safety-minded Lift Spotters / Entry-Level Technicians to support construction operations within a large-scale manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring a safe and efficient workspace by assisting technicians working in aerial lifts and maintaining proper safety controls.
The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-activity environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior industrial or construction experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to remain focused and productive in a busy environment
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and handling materials as needed

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain safe working zones around active lifts, including barrier placement and awareness of surrounding activity
• Serve as a spotter for lift operators, promoting safe movement and positioning
• Provide general support to technicians, including retrieving tools, materials, and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Follow all company, site, and OSHA safety guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with multiple trades in a shared workspace
