About The Position

The Imaging Lab Scientist supports the development and execution of digital and physical visualization solutions that enable faster, clearer, and more confident packaging and product decisions across the Kraft Heinz North America portfolio. The role delivers high-quality mock-ups, 3D models, 3D-printed parts, printed packaging materials, photography, and product documentation, while partnering with cross-functional teams to provide reliable, timely, commercially relevant support. It also contributes creative problem-solving, concept translation, and innovative visualization approaches that help teams move from early ideas to actionable packaging decisions. The position works across mock-ups, print production, visual quality guides, photography, product documentation, 3D modeling and printing, and day-to-day Imaging Lab operations. It manages multiple requests and projects while meeting agreed timelines and quality expectations, maintains organized files and production records, and supports safe and effective use of lab equipment and procedures. The role is based at the Kraft Heinz Innovation Center in Glenview, Illinois. It may be performed virtually for up to two days each week, with at least three in-person workdays per week. Regular hands-on work in the Imaging Lab is expected, and flexibility may be required based on business and project needs.
