Requirements

BS/MS with 10+ years OR PhD with 0-2 years’ experience in molecular biology, cellular biology, immunology or a related field
Expertise in use of various biology techniques including qPCR, CRISPR (Knock-out and knock-in), siRNA or shRNA transfection, Western blot, ELISA, AlphaLISA and MSD assay
Experience in validating and executing cellular assays using primary cells or cell lines to test the activity of compounds
Experience in assay development for compound screening and mechanism of action studies
Ability and independency to research literature and present ideas/data to support target validation or compound testing

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in T cell assays and Immunocytochemistry (ICC) is preferred

Responsibilities

Executing towards the validation of multiple novel drug targets via a variety of mechanisms.
Generating appropriate knockout and knock-in in cells.
Testing the effects of tool compounds on proteins in cellular and biochemical settings.
Utilizing Vividion’s proprietary chemical proteomics platform.
