About The Position

Franklin Biolabs is seeking a Scientist II to support the execution and development of immunological assays for therapeutic candidates. This role involves hands-on laboratory work, including assay execution, PBMC and lymphocyte isolation, and mammalian cell culture under GLP and CLIA guidelines. The Scientist II will collaborate with senior scientists and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data generation in a regulated, dynamic environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline.
4 + years of relevant laboratory experience in immunological assays or a related field.
Solid understanding of immunological assay techniques such as ELISA, ELISPOT, and neutralizing antibody assays.
Proficiency with PBMC/lymphocyte isolation, mammalian cell culture, and basic immunology concepts.
Basic knowledge of GLP, CLIA, and GCLP standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Ability to distinguish between different colors (normal color vision).
Ability to see clearly at various distances.
Adequate near vision for reading documents or lab equipment.
Ability to focus and maintain concentration in tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work in environments with varying light conditions.
