About The Position

First Student is hiring part-time School Van Drivers in Tonka Bay, Minnesota. Drivers transport students safely, picking them up before school and bringing them home after school. The role has a split shift, with a few free hours between the morning pickup and afternoon drop-off, and guarantees four hours of work per school day. Additional hours may be available through trips and charters. No prior van-driving experience is required; paid training is provided. The position is safety-sensitive and subject to DOT drug testing. English proficiency is required for training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have held a valid driver's license for at least three years.
• Be proficient in English for job-related training and communications.
• Be subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee.

Responsibilities

• Pick up students before school and transport them safely.
• Drop students off at home after school.
