About The Position

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree relevant to Product Management or Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Qlik and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to query ERP systems (AS/400 experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to bring a fresh perspective and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Experience with website updates.
  • Understanding of product catalogs and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, sales performance, and profitability to help product managers make informed strategic choices.
  • Update the MeritorPartsXpress website to improve customer experience and ensure accurate, relevant product information is available online.
  • Support product managers' Annual Operating Plans (AOP) to help them meet sales and margin targets.
  • Work across departments such as engineering, marketing, and customer service to align efforts and improve communication.
  • Contribute to catalog accuracy and completeness to make it easier for customers to find and purchase the right parts.
  • Create clear, actionable reports using tools like Excel, Qlik, and Salesforce to help stakeholders understand performance metrics.
  • Query the AS/400 ERP system to uncover valuable data supporting inventory, pricing, and product availability decisions.
  • Support ongoing initiatives and bring a fresh perspective to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
