About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for full-time and part-time opportunities in the Naples and Immokalee, FL areas during the 2026–2027 school year. This role involves providing high-quality, in-person speech-language therapy services to a diverse K–12 student caseload. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, supporting students' academic success and functional communication. Collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs is a key aspect of the position.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (DOH/DOE)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)
  • Ability to provide in-person services
  • Ability to adapt to school-day schedules across educational settings
