About The Position

AnthroMed Education is a clinician-focused organization dedicated to supporting school-based therapists so they can thrive in their roles while making a meaningful impact with students every day. We are currently hiring a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in Yelm, WA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Eligible for or holding a Washington Department of Health Speech-Language Pathologist license and Washington Educational Staff Associate certification
Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
Open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY))

Responsibilities

Collaborative work alongside teachers, special education teams, and other school-based professionals
Provide caseload support and mentorship
Participate in bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support
Utilize a generous materials database
Provide structured supervision, dedicated mentorship, and consistent support for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
