AnthroMed Education is looking for a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Brighton, MI. This is a full-time, FMLA position starting in October 2026 through June 17th, 2027. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Michigan School Social Work Certification (Required)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect social work services to students in need of emotional, behavioral, and social support.
• Support and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team including teachers, SLPs, and OTs.
• Conduct IEP evaluations and contribute to the development of meaningful student goals.
• Facilitate small group and individual sessions.
• Lead and support the implementation of BIPs and FBAs.
• Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings to advocate for student needs.
• Support students and families in accessing community resources.
