About The Position
AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate School Social Worker to join one of our elementary school partners in St. Charles, Illinois for a full-time FMLA leave position. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team supporting Kindergarten through 5th grade students in a general education setting.
Requirements
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement
- Illinois Social Work License
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct social work services and therapy minutes as outlined in students' IEPs.
- Conduct evaluations and complete required documentation.
- Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and district requirements.
