About The Position

Lead engaging after-school soccer classes for students in grades K–5 at elementary schools across the Bay Area. Create a fun, supportive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Classes serve 8–16 students aged 5–10 and last 1–1.5 hours, starting between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Work at least two days per week, for a maximum of 2–5 hours weekly. The role includes a two-day training session. Candidates must be local to the US or have a valid working visa; visa assistance is not provided. Compensation is $50–$65 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 19 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Have a passion for working with children and effective classroom management skills.
• Be flexible, reliable, punctual, professional, and enthusiastic.
• Have strong communication skills and a resilient, positive attitude.
• Have reliable transportation throughout the East and South Bay and Peninsula.
• Be local to the US or possess a valid working visa; visa assistance is not provided.

• Previous experience teaching or playing soccer.

Responsibilities

• Manage classes of 8–16 students aged 5–10.

• Communicate positively with parents and school staff.
