About The Position
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K–12 school setting in Taylorsville, NC. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. Requirements
- NCDPI License in School Psychology
- Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills

- NASP membership a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
- Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
- Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
- Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations
