About The Position
Sage Connections is hiring a full-time, W-2 Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services to K–12 students during the 2026–2027 school year. The role supports multiple school sites and districts, onsite. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, for 37.5–40 hours per week. The assignment runs ASAP through June 2027, with strong potential to renew for the right candidate. Both experienced and new-to-the-field occupational therapists are welcome and will receive team support.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Oregon license in Occupational Therapy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in a school setting.
Nice To Haves
- School-based experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine occupational therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student participation.
- Document services and student progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
