About The Position

Manages and coordinates the day-to-day food service operations of an assigned school site. Overseeing and assisting cafeteria employees with food preparation and serving; confirming quantities and quality of food items are available for use; providing written reports; preparing deposits; and complying with mandated health requirements.

Requirements

• ServSafe Certification
• Minimum of three years of experience in school food services or other food service area
• Basic reading, writing, and computation skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of how to manage group dynamics
• Proficiency with basic computer skills
