About The Position

The School Director leads a school and its team of educators, creating a warm and inclusive environment where staff, parents, and children feel valued and respected. The role prioritizes children’s safety, health, and well-being through clear protocols and hands-on leadership. The Director oversees day-to-day school operations, supports children’s learning and educators’ growth, and works to grow enrollment through marketing and community outreach. The Director also builds relationships with families and community partners and guides the center toward success.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education; 3+ years preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for children and families.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on leadership approach and willingness to help wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of early childhood education leadership experience preferred.
