Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in early childhood education; 3 or more years preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for children and families.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on leadership approach and willingness to step in wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

• Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of early childhood education leadership experience preferred.
