Children of America (COA) is seeking a School Director to oversee daily management tasks, lead a team of educators, and execute educational programming for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. This role involves working directly with senior leadership in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and sharing a passion for early childhood education. The program serves various age groups and offers programs including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care, and Summer Camp. The School Director will interact daily with parents, senior leadership, teaching and support staff, operations personnel, facilities and custodial teams, and a regional support team.
