About The Position

As a Celebree School Director, you will lead the school’s talent, brand, and daily operations, reporting directly to the Franchise Owner. You will nurture staff, ensure operational excellence, and foster strong community relationships while creating an environment where children and team members can grow. Celebree School describes its approach as a supportive, high-accountability environment that provides continuous learning, professional development, individual growth plans, and clear career pathways. The Director is expected to bring foundational operational knowledge and experience and will receive tools, resources, and Celebree-specific training. The role works alongside and is led by the Franchise Owner & Operator. Candidates should be open to working one of these schedules: 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

Requirements

At least 3 years of documented leadership or managerial experience; proof of previous job titles and formal responsibilities, as well as verifiable references, is required.
At least 2 years serving as the official, designated Director of Record for a licensed childcare center with capacity or enrollment of at least 200 students.
Must be verifiable on the Texas HHSC licensing registry as a qualified or designated Center Director.
Must meet all Texas state governing agency requirements to serve as a licensed Childcare Center Director.
Full proficiency in written and verbal English.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Highly accountable, self-motivated, proactive, a problem-solver, and detail-oriented.
Must be open to working one of the listed schedules: 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent.
Support staff growth and retention through training, coaching, and daily guidance.
Ensure compliance with Texas Health and Human Services Commission Child Care Regulation standards, federal laws, state regulations, and Celebree policies and procedures.
Oversee daily center operations, including staff scheduling, budget management, record-keeping, safety protocols, and administrative execution.
Foster a welcoming school culture that attracts new families and retains current families.
Provide exceptional customer service, communicate warmly with parents, and conduct engaging school tours.
Identify operational improvements and lead new company initiatives.
Maintain open, collaborative communication with the Owner.
