About The Position

The School Director sets the school’s strategy and direction in alignment with institutional goals under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer. The Director ensures high-quality instruction and an equitable, positive educational experience for students, families, and staff by working with staff to design, evaluate, and improve student-centered instruction. The role also cultivates positive relationships with students, teachers, families, colleagues, and the wider community. High Tech High is a public project-based charter school network of sixteen schools serving approximately 6,300 students in grades K–12 across four San Diego County campuses.
