About The Position
Full-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services for industrial, commercial and construction customers throughout Northeast Ohio for the past 30 years. This position is for a School Custodian in Lorain, Ohio, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check
- Floor Care Experience
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies
- Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals appropriately
- Secure the building by locking doors and windows after cleaning
- Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor
