About The Position

GRBS is seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time School Custodian for the 2nd shift at Ionia Public Schools. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff. The ideal candidate is 18 years or older, possesses a positive attitude, is a team player with strong customer service skills, and is dependable and self-motivated. Reliable transportation is required. Please note that due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft, violence, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the clean building process
• Finish the job with GRBS tools
• Complete 360 communication
• Lead, manage, serve, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
