About The Position

As a part-time School Bus Monitor/Aide, you assist the bus driver in providing students with a safe journey to and from school. The role includes helping students board and exit, supporting children with special needs during transport, helping students follow bus safety rules, and communicating with the driver to maintain a safe and calm ride. You will provide care and encouragement to students. No prior School Bus Monitor experience is required; industry-leading safety and training programs are provided.

The position offers an hourly rate of $18.00, with pay dependent on experience and qualifications. The schedule is flexible, with split AM/PM routes on weekdays and no nights, weekends, holidays, or summers. The role requires English proficiency for training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work flexible split shifts (AM/PM).
• Have the physical ability to assist students and perform emergency procedures.
• Be friendly, reliable, and patient when working with children.
• Be team-oriented and focused on safety.
• Be proficient in English for training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
