About The Position

DS Bus Lines Inc. is now hiring Part-Time School Bus Drivers in Leavenworth, KS. Requirements

• CDL drivers with P&S endorsements (for $3,000 sign-on bonus)
• Non CDL Drivers or CDL drivers without endorsements (for $1,500 sign-on bonus)
• Must be able to perform pre-trip inspections
• Must be able to perform child checks post-route
• Must keep vehicle within DOT regulations

Nice To Haves

• Experience in backgrounds such as Teacher aides, daycare workers, camp counselors, Classroom assistants, school paraprofessionals, Social workers, government employees, Cashiers, retail associates, call center agents, Hotel or hospitality staff.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities
• Arrive at destinations on schedule
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Conduct child checks after each route
• Use navigation tools to plan efficient routes
• Maintain a clean, fueled, and well-maintained vehicle
• Keep accurate mileage and maintenance records
• Interact with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned
