About The Position

NRT Bus is seeking a Part-Time School Bus Driver in Chelmsford, MA. We offer paid training for those who do not have a CDL, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for fully licensed CDL drivers with P & S endorsements. This role involves safely transporting students to and from school and events, performing inspections, and adhering to all traffic laws and policies. We value a supportive, safety-first environment and offer consistent hours and pay, with opportunities for extra work through charters and activity trips.

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
