About The Position

NRT Bus, Inc. is hiring School Bus Drivers for the 2026-2027 School Year. They offer paid training for individuals without a CDL, and a sign-on bonus for those who are already licensed CDL drivers (A or B) with P & S endorsements. The role involves safely transporting students to and from school and events, driving assigned local routes, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. Drivers are expected to communicate professionally and follow all traffic laws and school district policies.

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Nice To Haves

• Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements

Responsibilities
