Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements and any state-required certifications
- For non-certified drivers: Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
- Willing to obtain a CDL and meet state and federal requirements, with training provided
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to work split shifts
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly
- Maintain routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
- Create a safe, positive environment for students and ensure passenger safety
