O2B Kids began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown widely in Florida, Georgia, and Minnesota, with MANY locations on the horizon, including several new Georgia locations, and new states too! Requirements
- CDL
- Passenger Endorsement
- School Bus Endorsement
- Bus Driving Experience
- CPR/First Aid
Nice To Haves
- Training and experience is preferred, but we are willing to train and support education through scholarships.
- There are some positions where specific credentials may be required.
Responsibilities
- Work Monday - Friday from 1pm - 4pm (availability to cross-train to acquire FT hours with increased benefits)
- During the school year, drive a school bus part time in the afternoon (M-F) to escort children from elementary school to O2B Kids (possible field trips too)
- During the Summer, drive a school bus full time to escort our campers to a variety of field trips throughout the week
- Ensure bus safety including pre-trip inspection and post-trip inspection
- Communicate with additional bus counselors to ensure safety - you get to focus on driving while they assist students
- Maintain licensing requirements
