About The Position
North America Central School Bus is hiring School Bus Drivers to transport students safely to and from school. Drivers greet riders, navigate their routes safely, and help students arrive on time. Paid training and ongoing support are provided, and prior experience or a CDL is not required. The role offers a minimum of four hours daily during the school year, typically about 20 hours per week, with optional year-round work such as summer school, trips, and charters. Drivers may participate in a dependent child ride-along program for children ages two and up. Compensation is $22.88–$22.89 per hour depending on experience, with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, subject to conditions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license held for at least three years.
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
