About The Position

First Student is hiring part-time School Bus Drivers in St. Louis, Missouri. Drivers transport students safely, picking them up before school and bringing them home after school. The schedule is a split shift, with a few free hours between morning pickup and afternoon drop-off. The position guarantees four hours per school day, with additional hours available through trips and charters when available. No prior bus-driving experience is required; paid CDL training is provided. The role is safety-sensitive and subject to DOT drug testing. English proficiency is required for training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have held a valid driver's license for at least three years.
• Be proficient in English for job-related training and communications.
• Comply with DOT drug testing requirements for this safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Pick up students before school and transport them safely.
• Drop students off at home after school.
• Complete trips and charters when available for additional hours.
