Join Cross Country Education as a Physical Therapist in Norwalk, CT, supporting K–12 students as they develop the mobility, strength, and functional skills they need to succeed at school and beyond. Provide physical therapy services to K–12 students, supporting mobility, functional skills, and participation in the school environment. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized therapy goals and interventions, and monitor student progress. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs and promote progress across school settings. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with professional and school-based standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Connecticut Physical Therapist (PT) License
