About The Position

Easterseals Massachusetts (ESMA) is seeking passionate Physical Therapists (PTs) to join their dynamic team. Requirements

  • Holds a valid/current professional license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or will soon!).
  • Graduate of an accredited master’s level (or higher) program in Physical Therapy.
  • Is a passionate clinician committed to making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting in-depth assessments to understand each client’s unique physical needs and abilities.
  • Designing and delivering customized treatment plans that empower clients to thrive with confidence.
  • Completing evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to assess strengths and areas for growth.
  • Providing hands-on therapy, engaging exercises, and innovative treatments.
  • Collaborating with a top-tier multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, comprehensive care.
  • Educating and inspiring individuals and their families with therapeutic exercises and at-home strategies.
  • Keeping clear and precise documentation to track progress, celebrate achievements, and uphold professional standards.
  • Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, Aides, and Students.
