About The Position

We’re hiring a School-Based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Hudson, Florida who wants a predictable weekday schedule, meaningful work with children and adolescents, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the community. You’ll step into a school-based outpatient role focused on providing mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents. During the school year, you’ll provide services within the school setting, transitioning to community outreach during the summer months. You’ll have the support of a dedicated administrative and clinical team while utilizing evidence-based approaches, including play therapy. You’ll practice in Hudson, Florida, a scenic Gulf Coast community known for its waterfront lifestyle, outdoor recreation, and beautiful sunsets.

Requirements

• Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Experience working with children and adolescents or a strong desire to serve pediatric populations
• Comfortable providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including play therapy
• Value collaboration, compassion, and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents.
• Provide services within the school setting during the academic year.
• Transition to community outreach during the summer months.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches, including play therapy.
