About The Position

In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in pediatric care. Our services include Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), Physical Therapy (PT), Mental Health Services, Feeding Therapy, a Therapeutic Preschool Program, Transitional Program, and ABA Services. Our mission is to support our community by helping as many children as we can while having fun along the way! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our vibrant and inclusive community.

Requirements

• Licensed in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client evaluations and assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and establish goals.
• Provide therapy sessions based on a child-centered approach.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with clients’ parents/caregivers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
