Elementary School Level - School Based Instructional Leadership Team Members (Internal Applicants Only)
About The Position
Leominster Public Schools is seeking members for the 2026-2027 School Year Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) at Fall Brook, Johnny Appleseed, Northwest, and Frances Drake schools. The ILT is a school-based team of personnel tasked with improving student achievement and culture through continuous data analysis, action planning, and progress monitoring. The team will play a crucial role in the effective and consistent implementation of key school systems. The ILT will meet regularly, with a minimum of bi-weekly meetings held outside of school hours. A select group of 6 teachers per school will be chosen for this role, with an honorarium of up to $1,000.
