Early Childhood Level - School Based Instructional Leadership Team Members (Internal Applicants Only)
About The Position
Leominster Public Schools is seeking to form an Early Childhood Level Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) for the 2026-2027 school year. A total of 6 teachers are needed across Priest, Bennett, and Lincoln schools. The ILT will function as a solution-finding unit focused on improving student achievement and culture through continuous data analysis, action planning, and progress monitoring. This team will be crucial for the effective and consistent implementation of key school systems. The team will meet regularly, with a minimum of bi-weekly meetings held outside of school hours. An honorarium of up to $1,000 is available.
