About The Position

HealthPro Pediatrics has an exciting opportunity available for a School-Based Behavior Technician in Mt. Pleasant, SC! This is a Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week W-2 position with hourly rates between $25-$30/hr. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completed high school/national equivalent
• Reliable transportation

• Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as written by the BCBA
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in a school setting
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors
• Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Follow ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
