Behavior Technician (School Based)
About The Position
ICAN is a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to providing the best hope and future for children and families affected by autism. Located in Bellevue, Washington, we serve individuals with autism and neurodevelopmental disorders from birth to 13 years of age. Our team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, and Mental Health Therapists. We have served over 2,200 families without waitlists, demonstrating our commitment to meeting community needs. We foster an environment of professionalism, growth, and fun. This full-time position is located in Bellevue, WA. Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with children, seek a rewarding career, and want to make a difference.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Some travel may be required for this position.
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic services to individuals with autism or related disorders.
- Work with a school team to provide behavior support to a student in a school setting.
- Collaborate with teachers and other members of the school team to best support your client.
